Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "gas88," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the operator of the gas88 platform, available at https://gas88.vip, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" — the gas88 website, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any software or tools made available to Members at https://gas88.vip.
• "Member," "you," "your" — any individual who has successfully completed the gas88 account registration process and whose account remains active and in good standing.
• "Account" — the unique personal account created by a Member on the Platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), through which all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus interactions are conducted.
• "Balance" — the total amount of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, expressed in IDR.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits credited to a Member's account by gas88, subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and address verification process that gas88 is required to conduct on all Members prior to authorising withdrawals or at any other point gas88 deems appropriate.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total aggregate bet amount a Member must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which access to the Platform or participation in online gambling is expressly illegal under applicable law.
• "Force Majeure Event" — any circumstance beyond gas88's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental action, internet infrastructure failure, cyberattack, or pandemic.

Eligibility

Access to the gas88 Platform and participation in any real-money game, bet, or promotion is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Territory at the time of access or play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you connect.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a gas88 employee, affiliate partner, software provider, or payment processing partner.
• You must not be registered or acting on behalf of another person. Each Account must represent one individual only.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform. Individuals who have activated self-exclusion are prohibited from creating new accounts for the duration of the exclusion period.
• You must be able to deposit and receive funds from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are strictly prohibited.

gas88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Providing false information in connection with eligibility constitutes material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration

To access real-money features of the gas88 Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one gas88 Account. Duplicate or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your correct full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. gas88 will rely on this information for KYC, payment processing, and all correspondence.
• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gas88 will never ask you to share your password with a support agent or any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account is your sole responsibility.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, gas88 will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or equivalent) and proof of current residential address. gas88 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
• Account Security: You must notify gas88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting gas88 customer support. Accounts closed at member request will have any remaining Balance returned to the registered payment method after KYC clearance, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gas88 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gas88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. This list is subject to change; always refer to the current cashier page for available options.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by gas88, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within three (3) minutes during standard operating hours. Processing may take longer during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: gas88 applies a same-source withdrawal policy wherever technically possible. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If this is not possible, gas88 will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. gas88 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your name. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw via a third-party account will result in immediate account suspension and a full investigation.
• Transaction Fees: gas88 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary may apply their own service charges, for which gas88 bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All accounts are denominated in IDR. gas88 does not perform currency conversion. If a payment method processes in a different currency, any conversion cost is borne solely by the Member.

gas88 reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. Delayed transactions will be communicated to the Member via registered email within 24 hours of the decision to delay.

Bonuses & Promotions

gas88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, daily cashback, reload bonuses, free spin allocations, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Chinese New Year. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Opt-In Requirement: Certain bonuses require explicit opt-in via the Promotions page or cashier before the qualifying deposit is made. gas88 will not retroactively apply a bonus to a deposit made without opt-in where opt-in was required.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived directly from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and other products may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Exact contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active on your Account, you may not place a single bet or spin exceeding Rp 100.000 unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Any unused Bonus Funds remaining after expiry will be automatically removed from your Account balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active on a Member's Account at any given time unless gas88 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Abuse and Collusion: gas88 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, use of automated betting software, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers unfairly.
• Gas88's Discretion: gas88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to active Members in good standing.

Gameplay Rules

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all product verticals available on the gas88 Platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker tournaments, live blackjack, and any other games or betting markets made available from time to time:

• Accepted Bets: A bet or wager is only accepted when gas88's system generates a confirmed bet reference number. Placing a bet without a confirmed reference does not constitute a valid wager, and gas88 bears no liability for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Member's end.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, table, and market. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by gas88 at any time without prior notice.
• Palpable Errors: gas88 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or payouts that were published due to a manifest technical error or human error ("palpable error"), regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. Members will be notified and stakes refunded where a void is applied.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a software or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. gas88 will not be liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its direct control.
• Sportsbook Settlement: Sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, Indonesian Football Association for BRI Liga 1 fixtures). gas88's interpretation of official results is final.
• RNG Integrity: All slot games and non-live casino games on the gas88 Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) software. RTP (return to player) percentages for all games are available on request.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting another individual in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other point of interaction with gas88.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game logic, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting intended to manipulate outcomes or exploit the Platform unfairly.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or palpable pricing mistakes knowingly and deliberately.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the gas88 Platform as a conduit.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gas88 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract proprietary data from the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory while misrepresenting your location via VPN, proxy, or any other obfuscation technology.

gas88 employs real-time fraud detection systems and conducts regular audits of account activity. Any Account identified as engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately flagged, suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently closed with all balances withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gas88 Platform — including but not limited to the gas88 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of gas88 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of gas88.

The names and logos of third-party game studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by gas88 under licence. Any unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gas88's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Platform, or any game or bet placed through the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gas88 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for any of the following losses, even if gas88 has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages outside gas88's direct control.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure Events.
• Losses resulting from a Member's failure to secure their own login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit gas88's liability for death or personal injury caused by gas88's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

Privacy & Data

gas88 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members strictly for the purposes of account administration, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where Members have given consent. gas88 does not sell personal data to third parties.

By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

gas88 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Stored personal data is held on secured servers with restricted access controls, regular penetration testing, and real-time intrusion detection.

Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gas88 holds its primary international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through gas88's internal complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, gas88 acknowledges that the primary user base of the Platform consists of individuals located in Indonesia, and gas88 is committed to handling all Member communications, support interactions, and dispute resolution processes in a manner that is fair, transparent, and responsive to Indonesian consumer expectations.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
